Bollman Yachts Introduces Tidings, our company blog!

Welcome to the new home of TIDINGS, Yacht's new online blog! With the internet playing such a pivotal role in the marketing of vessels in the 21st century, Bollman Yachts strives to keep ahead of the pack and maintain a "cutting-edge" approach to technology and the tools it provides.

This new blog will allow us to keep the general public informed as to news updates, hot listings, and boat show information, pertaining to both Bollman Yachts and the industry in general. It is our hope that this blog will serve to inform clients, brokers, and the general public, and provide an easy access point for all things Bollman Yachts.

You may ask, "What on EARTH is a blog?" A blog can be best described as:
Blog is short for weblog. A weblog is a journal (or newsletter) that is frequently updated and intended for general public consumption. A blog is basically a journal that is available on the web. The activity of updating a blog is "blogging" and someone who keeps a blog is a "blogger."

You may also ask, "Why would a Brokerage need a blog?"
Often, we find ourselves with news or updates we would like to make public. Things such as Hot Offers, Company Press Releases, even news such as holiday hours and show info.

We do not always wish to send out mass emails to our friends, colleagues and clients, as we know all too well the problems with unwanted and unsolicited emails filling up inboxs. While we still want this information to be available for public consumption, we want it to be unobtrussive while still being useful. Hence, the Bollman Yachts Tidings Blog.

Please stay tuned for future updates, we hope that Tidings becomes a useful and informative tool, that ultimately will allow us to have greater success, both in listing yachts for sellers, and in finding that perfect for buyers.
